Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions or special releases. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Exhale Different is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Exhale Different is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Pre order shipping notice

Pre-order items require additional processing time and will ship after production is complete. Estimated production timelines will be stated on the product page. Shipping timelines begin after the item has been completed and handed off to the carrier
